GET
Public service status
Read service status without an API key or credits. This makes no provider calls. The response is bare JSON; /v1/meta/status wraps the same snapshot in the regular SocialQuery envelope for MCP and skill clients.
Every platform is included. Its endpoints list contains non-operational operations and a reason: A configured path can be operational only with enough recent evidence and less than 50% server failures. Cache hits, caller validation/authentication errors and not-found responses are excluded. An entirely operational platform is operational; an entirely unavailable platform is down; mixed states are degraded. Overall status is operational only when all platforms are operational. This deliberately conservative snapshot is not active monitoring or an uptime guarantee. Trial exhaustion and upstream changes can still affect the next request. upstreamVersions is empty and circuit_breaker_observed is false because those observations are unavailable. updated_at records snapshot generation, not a provider update time. Shared storage and CDN caching can retain the response for 30 seconds. No account IDs, request IDs, input queries, credentials or request counts are published. Origin reads are limited to 60 per minute per IP. Invalid query parameters return 422; non-GET requests return 405; unavailable status storage returns 503 without claiming health. MCP: use get_service_status without credentials. Python skill: run socialquery_api.py status.

Response

Passive status snapshot; bare JSON rather than a charged-data envelope.
