Credit transactions
Free authenticated ledger read, newest first by creation time and ID. Only the authenticated account is visible. Deductions include initial reservations; refunds release unused or failed-request credits. Sum entries for a request_id to find its net charge. A stored refund can be updated by a later settlement, so pages are not an immutable historical snapshot. Refund balance_after reflects the latest settlement; ordering remains its original creation time. Administrative adjustments retain type adjustment. Pending log joins and historical credit tiers can be null. No provider requests or charges. Responses are private and never cached.
request_id to reconcile a single request, or pass the returned next_cursor for another page. A debit reserves credits; its refund releases the unused amount. Sum the signed amounts for the settled charge. Refunds can receive later settlement updates, and unrecorded credit tiers stay null.
